By using referperk.ca ("ReferPerk", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Directory information and third-party promotions

ReferPerk is an informational directory and does not control, offer, guarantee, or administer third-party promotions. Rewards, eligibility, qualifying actions, availability, and other offer conditions are determined solely by the merchant and may change, be limited, or expire at any time. Confirm the current terms directly with the merchant before acting.

Links take you to third-party websites that we do not control. A merchant's terms, privacy practices, products, and services apply to your interaction there. To the extent permitted by law, ReferPerk is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or promotions.

Merchant names and logos

Merchant names, trademarks, and logos appear only to identify the relevant offer or merchant. Their presence does not imply that a merchant endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with ReferPerk.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you use them, at no extra cost to you. We identify this relationship beside the relevant link. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee a particular offer or endorsement.

User submissions

You are responsible for information you submit, including referral codes and offer details. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, confidential, or infringing material. By submitting content, you confirm that you may share it and grant us permission to review, edit, reproduce, and display it for operating the directory. Submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, explanation, or liability, to determine whether, when, where, and how any submitted offer or code is reviewed, published, modified, rejected, or removed.

User-submitted referral codes and offer details may be inaccurate, invalid, expired, or subject to conditions that are not shown here. We do not independently guarantee or verify their accuracy, validity, or continued availability. To the extent permitted by law, ReferPerk assumes no liability for user-submitted content or actions taken in reliance on it. We may decline, remove, or correct submissions. You agree not to submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means in a way that degrades the service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
